Austin Reed’s father, Tom Reed is the owner and crew chief of the Reed’s Racing Team. He coordinates all aspects of the racing operation. Austin would not be where he is today without the assistance of his Dad.    Kenny Reed helps the team as the setup man and assistance crew chief. Kenny has played a key role in the success of the Reed’s Racing team. Kenny has been on the part of the crew since the beginning of Austin’s racing career.         Rick Weirich is the team’s tire man and floater. Rick assists whenever and wherever he is needed. Rick joined the racing team during the 2007 season. Brad Weirich is the fuel man and mud cleaner for the team. Brad began working with the team in 2007.         Chris Brown is one of the mechanics and floater for the Austin Reed Racing Team and assists the racing team whenever and wherever he is needed. Chris joined the team in 2007. Brian Rhykerd is also a mechanic and floater for the racing team and began working with the team in 2007. Brian helps the team wherever he is needed.
